The Solid Steel Large Bowl Rest Is Constructed From 1-1/8"-wide X 5/16"-thick Steel While The Small Bowl Rest Is Constructed From 1-1/8"-wide X 3/16"-thick Steel And Features A Tough Enamel Painted Surface, Radius Work Surface That Allows The Tool To Glide Smoothly Over The Rest All While Providing Better Control.
